At GreenCrest, quality is not inspected at the end — it is controlled at every stage. From fabric selection and pattern development to stitching, printing, finishing, and final dispatch, each garment passes through defined quality checkpoints and structured testing protocols. As a result, instances requiring returns are exceptionally rare, and customers can order with confidence.

1. Reporting Window

Any exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through our official website. Requests received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

2. Submission Requirements

All requests must include:

  • Valid Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear image of the package label
  • Visual evidence of the reported concern

All submissions are subject to internal quality verification prior to approval.

3. Refund Policy

GreenCrest maintains a no-refund policy. Approved cases will be resolved strictly through exchange.

4. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size delivered
  • Incorrect style delivered
  • Print variation from the confirmed order

No other circumstances qualify for exchange.

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the discrepancy is confirmed to be on GreenCrest's end, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
  • In all other approved cases, reverse shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Upon approval, the return shipment must be initiated within 24 hours.

6. Product Condition

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Retain original tags
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

All returned items undergo re-verification. Non-compliant products may be declined.

7. Availability & Processing

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered. Approved exchanges will be processed and replacement shipment initiated within 7 business days following successful quality verification.
