We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is expected within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delays

GreenCrest is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed in case of any delay.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.
